Colonel Sykes, - Hong Kong (Gambling Houses), Address for Copy of all Correspondence, Memorials, Replies to Memorials, and Papers relating to the Ordinances of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong, whereby a Government Farm of Gambling Houses has been created in that Colony, or relating to the Revenue derived or to be derived from the same, and the appropriation of such Revenue.
