This Ordinance has passed to
out the recommendations of a
Commission of Inquiry into the subject
of Police Pension.
8338-68. No existing rights are affected
Ordinance
but as far as new Members of the
Police Force are concerned the
granting
of Pensions is to be in future in the
discretion of the Governor in Council
may
be reduced
and such Pension
forfeited in the event of any
Bribery being brought home to the Pensioner within 3 years of the grant.
Section 3. re-enacts the Provision
