are advised

by the Law Officers of the Crown that the ordinary course of procedure

might have been adopted in that case, and that there was no necessity, under the circumstances, to resort to the particular Form of Crown Prosecution initiated by the then Acting Attorney General – H.M. Government therefore do not consider the
