The reports of Mr. Pauncefote are so complete and so succinct that I consider it needless to add any remarks of my own on each Ordinance.

I have therefore devoted a separate despatch to each Ordinance.

The following are the Numbers and titles of each Ordinance forwarded herewith along with an explanatory report of Mr. Pauncefote.

Ordinance No. 1 of 1869. An Ordinance to make further Provision in relation to the Vacation of the Supreme Court and the transaction of Business during the same in certain cases.
