A European overseer and Watchman have been engaged at a cost of $816 as saving off book having accrued from the Salary fourth. This decrease is chiefly for rent at Gotohanna where a Part offer is being licensed.

On allowance for chair hire to the Registrar General

This is 10,744 808 The aid of $10,000 from the Special Fund accounts chiefly for this decrease, but the Charges have also been lessened by the removal of two Constables at Stanley, and a decrease in rent & contingencies
