I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your despatch 4279/3 of 15th September, transmitting a further account of the Funds derived from Licensed Gaming Houses together with the draft of your financial statement for 1870.
It is unnecessary for me to point out to you that you have charged against these Funds several items, which in my despatch No. 165 of the 14th October I informed you must be expunged.
