I am directed by the Secretary of State to authorize you to comply with the enclosed Requisition from the Governor of Hongkong for Summer clothing as required for the service of the Hongkong Police Force for the year 1870 and for two Iron Lakes which the Governor requests may be supplied with all convenient speed.
