MINUTE PAPER.
On the 1st of July last, regarding the rate of postage chargeable on Boats and Trade Patterns of light weight sent by post between the United Kingdom and the British Colonies.
As the arrangement is one in which the Colonial Office highly conceives must be beneficial to all parties concerned, I have already notified its approval in the Official Gazette, and have the honor to enclose a copy of the Notification for the information of Your Lordship.
