As an important question of prerogative is concerned, His Excellency is advised to wait the result of the application made to the Privy Council for special leave to appeal against the judgment of the Honorable the Chief Justice; more particularly as to that portion of His Honor's Judgment by which the Crown is condemned in costs.

The necessity of making certain
