I have, by the advice of Attorney General, assented to the application of my Executive Council, who have complied with that application.
Mt Smales' period of resident service here is only 6 years & months and, as he has already had one year and two months' leave on half pay, the greatest amount of leave now grantable to him would be five months and ten days. Therefore, he can only claim ten days more than the leave now given.
