With reference to the 2nd paragraph of His Excellency the Governor's Memorandum No. 480 of 2nd instant regarding the fuller information in future to be supplied with the Estimates and Supplementary Estimates, I have the honour to make the following Report:
The instructions contained in the Duke of Buckingham's despatch to Sir Harry Ord No. 243 of 27 November 1868 with regard to the documents to be transmitted with the Estimates and Supplementary Estimates have been implemented.
