Chief Justice Smale has delivered judgment in a case of the Souza with which the Pachequere President at # Kory, and the Attorney General found fault.
I submit that it is not the duty of the State to interfere in such a case.
It is no part of her duty to revise the judgment pronounced by a properly constituted Court, nor (I submit) to submit that judgment to the Land Officers (the Attorney General of Hong Kong suggested that course will be taken). If the decision is not appealed from, and any difficulty or wrong is created by such decision, it will be for the Colonial Legislature to remedy such difficulty or wrong by legislation.
