8. If Your Lordship either approves the design forwarded or will kindly suggest some other modification of that furnished by the Crown Agents, the latter might be instructed to send out a fresh duplicate supply of the last order for flags with the new design in the fly. Before that order can be executed and the flags received here, the last supply, which for economy's sake is now in daily use, will be nearly exhausted.
