This is not a matter to arrange itself, but one which will arrange itself as a matter of course, if the Treasury chest is to contain all monies received by the Colony.

Therefore I anticipate more detailed instructions from Her Majesty's Government to give effect to their intended arrangements. Meantime the Auditor General had better make a note of this Dispatch.
