The rebel to be consigned to charterers in Hongkong paying them a commission of (5%) five per cent on (£1700) One thousand seven hundred pounds Sterling unless it be decided in Hongkong that the vessel shall go to one port only in which case the commission of (5%) five per cent shall be payable on (£1000) one thousand pounds sterling only the vessel to be consigned to Charterers' Agent in Melbourne and Sydney to receive the usual commission, unless, by request of said Master, the said Agents disburse the vessel, in which case they are to have the customary commission for disbursing the vessel.
If the vessel discharge Cargo at Melbourne and then proceed to Sydney to complete the voyage, Charterers are to pay said Master in Melbourne on account of the whole charter money (£1.-) one pound Sterling per ton weight or measurement on delivered quantity there.
The penalty for the non-performance of this agreement of charter shall be the amount of charter money payable by the party delinquent to the party observant.
