from said tackles alongside, at risk Charterers a shippers.

And the said Middleton,
or whoever shall go as Master of the
said vessel, shall sign Bills of lading for cargo shipped, at
any
rate of
freight without prejudice to this agreement, and shall also cause all the
cargo shipped to be measured
in the customary
manner, and an account of such measurement to be rendered to charterers,
The vessel to provide sufficient and suitable dunnage for all cargo shipped in Hong Kong
That for and in consideration
of these services aforesaid, the said
Charterers
agree
to pay the said Middleton, or his order for the hire
of the vessel as follows: –
If the vessel be discharged
in Melbourne one thousand pounds Sterling (£1000) - should she be dispatched for Sydney direct, and there be discharged,
one thousand
pounds Sterling (£1000). Should she be partially discharged in Melbourne and ordered on to Sydney to complete the
discharge, eleven
hundred pounds Sterling (£1100), payable in each case, on and after right and true delivery of said ship's cargo, at a final port of discharge.
