of the passengers and Crew, at the time of the clearing of the rebel. That charterers shall pay all Immigration Tax, head money or dues required on said passengers by the Law of the Colony of Victoria and New South Wales.
That European passengers only, can be taken in the first cabin for the benefit of the ship.
The ship shall furnish at her expense Water casks and Water for the passengers taken, according to local law, if no more than twenty be taken.
That the said Charterers shall be allowed forty (40) running lay days, Sunday excepted, to load the vessel in Hong Kong Harbor, such lay days to begin on the 18th current. Demurrage thereafter at ten (10) eight pounds Sterling per day, payable day by day as incurred.
