for their benefit; and the said Master agrees with the said Charterers to allow the said Norm in the main & cabin for twenty Chinese passengers, and the house on deck in which there are six berths to serve as hospital and to be included in the amount of this charter, as hereinafter mentioned, as part of the full Capacity of the vessel.

Should the charterers elect to take passengers they are to lay the between decks in the vessel at their own expense.

Ship to employ a stevedore recommended by Charterers paying him at the rate of 12 cents per ton of 50 cubic feet on 1600 tons for stevedorage on cargo and passengers' provisions.

The vessel to take a berth in the Harbour designated by Charterers.

It is agreed that should the vessel carry passengers, said charterers shall provide at their own expense all provisions and fittings according to local Law for the said ship's full complement of such passengers, excepting Boats, hospital Ventilators, Boatswain's Stores, and Medicine Chest, which shall be furnished by the ship.

The Master shall also pay for Certificate of a competent physician as good and healthy condition as to the
