It is this day mutually agreed between George Middleton, Master of the British Barque called the "Dayspring" of 393 tons Register, now lying in the port of Hong Kong, on the one part and Russell & Co., Merchants of Hong Kong, as Agents for Messrs. Wotherspoon & Co. on the other part.
That the said vessel being light, staunch and strong, a very fair risk for cargo in the local insurance offices and a seaworthy vessel for the conveyance of lawful goods...
