question to which I

draw attention is Mr Thomsett's conduct

and unquestionably that officer must be held quite justified in accepting ship surveyed by Mr Mc Mundo.

16. In fine I call Your Lordship's attention to the following points, viz: that Mr Thomsett's conduct has been
