domestic labor in

B. Valdeavellano his executors, administrators
and assigns may direct (the working of Guano excepted) for the space of ten hours
of each day during the term of

rated at 12 Gregorian Calendar months, Sundays or resting
days observed by the uses and customs of the place excepted, and on the anniversary of
each Chinese New Year three days to be
free from labor. This contract to be computed from the
day of the date of his arrival in Peru.
That the said B. Valdeavellano
shall provide the said_
with free passage to the said Callao, Peru, and shall supply him gratuitously with such food, and clothing
as may be necessary for the

That so long as the said
laborer
shall continue and be employed as such
