provision suggested by the Duke of Buckingham for excluding Sunday in the Computation of Time and thereby assimilating the practice here in that respect with the practice in England is an

obviously useful provision, one which it would be well to

incorporate along with other suggestions hereafter, so as to avoid too frequent amending Ordinances.

Attorney General moreover shows that there is no pressing necessity

for introducing any provision in regard to Sundays, because the Computation of Time, referred to

practically the same here as in England, for similar Rules of Court apply in each place. –
