By letter to you of the 17th of March last, I requested that that letter and its three enclosures (Nos. 1-3) might be forwarded to the Colonial Office.
The Perusal of your Report on the Gambling Licenses by his Lordship appears to me to indicate that his Lordship, the Secretary of State, has taken an erroneous or partial view of these Licences.
