I am directed by the Secretary of State to authorize
you to comply with the enclosed Requisition from the Governor
of Hongkong for stores required for
the use of the Harbour Master's
Department, Hongkong,
at an estimated
Cost of £300.
Lieut. R. MacDonnell requests that the requisition may be complied with
with all possible despatch, so that the articles intended for may arrive in
the Colony by an early opportunity.
