Enclosure in Governor's Dispatch No.664 of 6 March, 1869.
Remarks
All the Houses seem to have been very thinly attended during the past week. On the night of the 21st ultimo out of ten houses visited only two had any persons gaming.
Yek Kee No.228 Queens Road Central had 3 persons gaming and the Yip Nee No. 148. Hollywood Road had 4 persons.
The Masters of the houses accounted for the thin attendance by the intense coldness of the weather.
