that the Crown
Agents have been instructed to comply with the Requisition enclosed

your Despatch No. 663 of the 6th of March
for 10 Matee Hydrants required for
the use of the Government of
Hongkong.
and they have been directed to send them out to the Colony as soon
as possible by Mailing this.
