Gentlemen,
I am directed by the Secretary of State to authorize you to comply with the enclosed Requisition from the Governor of Hong Kong for fire hydrants required for the service of the Government of Hong Kong.
The Governor desires that they may be got out as soon as possible by steamer sailing ship.
