(File.) Opinion of the Attorney General.
The Confirmation is unnecessary being dated 19th December, 1858, while the Ordinance itself was repealed on the 21st November, 1868. The Confirmation of the last amended Ordinance 15 of 1868 will no doubt soon arrive and will put matters right. In the meanwhile the confirmation of 13 of 1868 should not in my opinion be gazetted.
