In ordinance to assimilate the "Laws of this Colony respecting Treasonable "Offences to the Law of the United Kingdom?
That Ordinance has already been repealed by No. 15 of 1868, as explained in the Despatch from this Government No. 320, of the 27th of November last, for the purpose of giving effect to the instructions of His Grace the Duke of Buckingham to sell the ... I am therefore advised by the Attorney General, a copy of whose opinion is enclosed, that it is not expedient to gazette its confirmation. I agree in that opinion and presume that I may expect to receive soon the confirmation of the Ordinance last sent home; viz: No. 15 of 1868.
