"January 1869, received from the Honourable The Colonial Secretary, transmitting to the Unofficial Members of Council, by order of His Excellency The Governor.
The Governor, a despatch from Sir Rutherford Alcock to the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs dated Peking the 19th May 1868, a despatch from Mr Consul Robinson dated Canton die 12th May 1868, and the Canton Consular Trade Report for 1867, together with the official correspondence connected with these documents.
