decision – I presume to us. I would have to return and solicit a further consideration of my application after next Month, after my constitution, after Thirty Two years' tenure in the Colonies, has undergone the renovating effects of a European Winter.
During this period I have obtained but two years' relaxation from duty.
Under the Circumstances stated, I am led to believe I am entitled to Twelve Months on "Medicine", as I was entitled when I obtained Furlough in 1860 and oft Fonghang on December last, in addition to the Twelve months now on.
On urgent Private Affairs, I arrived in England on full Pay (of which I availed myself) in February. Leave should not be granted me now, as it is for a second leave of absence.
