1.- That The Honorable Frederick H. A. Garth
has been in the Service of the Colony for
Ten years,
Nine months, and nine days; viz. from 7th March 1857 to 15th December, 1867.
3rd. That in the course of that Service he has been absent on leave on several occasions, at the dates
and for the terms specified below, viz. :-
one month, and 22 days, beginning on the 15th of April 1860, and
ending on the 5th of June, 1861. (including ... without Salary)
4th. That provision has been made for the due execution of The Honorable Frederick Henry Alexander Garth's
office during his absence by William Hastings Alexander, Esq. Registrar of the Supreme Court.
