The Lords Commissioners of Her Majesty's Treasury have had before them your letter of the 14th inst., enclosing a copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hong-Kong with a supplementary Report and Estimate, No. 27, 1865, repairs to Buildings in the Western Market in that Colony, amounting to $3,000.
I am to request that you will signify to the Secretary of State My Lords' approval of the Estimate.
