In the year 1858 the Colony to pay £20,000, being the total

amount due for

that year.

In the years 1869-70-71-72 one fourth of the amount due for arrears, namely £6,250, and the total annual instalment of

£20,000 to be paid - i.e. £26,250

in each

of these years.

Remission of interest to be contingent

on

regular payment of the principle

at the times abovementioned.
