The presumption however is that he did not leave any children, and as the application of Mr Park has been advertised for months, and upwards of twelve months, no other applicant has come forward, I am humbly of opinion that a Gift of the Estate of the deceased George McLaren should be conferred on the petitioner Charles Park on behalf of his children, Jane Park, Mary Park, Charles Park, and Georgiana Park, the "Nephew and Nieces" of the deceased, on condition

of Mr. Park entering into Bond to free and relieve the Crown of all claims regarding the Estate; and with the money being paid over to him, after he shall have so entered into bond, I submit that the necessary directions may be given for the remittance to me of the proceeds of the 313 dollars fifty cents.
