The Letters of Administration being granted to Charles Pack, on behalf of his Children Jane Park, Thomas Pack, Charles Park and Georgina Park, the relatives and next-of-kin of the deceased, on Condition of Mr Parks entering into Bond to pay and relieve the Crown of all claims regarding the Estate.
I am to request that you will move the Secretary of State to give the necessary instructions with a view to the money lodged in the Colonial Treasury, Hong Kong, being ascertained and remitted to Mr Henderson, as detailed in his Report.
