I have to circulate your despatch no.841 of this 2nd August last on the Draft Deed of Settlement, as revised to meet the views of the Board of Review, which I enclose.
2. I annex a further information & quotation sheet in connection with that Board can be the subject of your despatch.
I conclude a way should be sent to the Governor for his information & perusal, but then no doubt Sir Roger would like to know whether any remarks I make.
