in holy orders of United Church of England and Ireland being within such parts of the diocese of the Bishop of Victoria as lie above the 28th degree of North Latitude shall no longer be subject to the authority and jurisdiction of the See of Victoria and to the Bishop thereof by virtue of the said recited Order in Council was ordered and directed but shall be subject to the authority and jurisdiction of the said Bishop to be consecrated as aforesaid in the same manner as they have been heretofore subject to the authority and jurisdiction of the See of Victoria and to the Bishop thereof.
