of a meeting, held in the
City of Merchants, Bankers
and others largely interested
in the affairs of Hongkong,
a memorial
dated the 24th of April
from the
City of London,
Armenian
and other
mercantile
interests in
the
Colony
I transmitted
it to the Secretary of
State
