In terms of the Deed of Settlement of this Corporation, I have the honor to transmit herewith, General Half Yearly Statement to 30th June last, showing the amount of the then debts, liabilities and engagements, and of the Assets, property, credits, and securities belonging to the Corporation, such Statement including an account of the amount of Promissory notes of the Corporation in circulation and of the Coin held in the Establishment, the said Statement being authenticated in the usual way.
I shall feel obliged if you will own receipt.
