In terms of the deed of Settlement of this Corporation, I have the honor to transmit herewith General Half Yearly Statement to 31st December last, shewing the amount of the then debts, liabilities and engagements, and of the Assets, property, credits, and Securities, belonging to the Corporation, such statement including account of the amount of Promissory notes of the Corporation in Circulation, and of the Cash held in the Establishment, the said Statement being authenticated in the usual way.
