I have the honour to enclose herewith for the information of the Duke of Buckingham & Chandos the copy of a letter from W. T. Sampson the Emigration Agent in China forwarding a Newspaper which contains the translation of a T. C. report on Emigration from Macao by Mr. B. S. Fernandes the Superintendent of Emigration at that Port with an Editorial article upon the subject.
