We do Ordain and Declare

so by Us Nominated and
appointed, after having
been Ordained

Consecrated

the Bishop thereof,
without let or impediment
from Us Our Heirs and
Successors
and Successors for the term:

particularly set forth; and
may perform in the said
Diocese of Victoria all
the functions peculiar and
