With ref: to your letter of the 2nd inst. & its inclos: rel: to the suspension of the Viceroy of Canton’s Proclamation, issued at the request of Vice Admiral Sir H. Keppel, forbidding Junks or Fishing Boats to carry arms, & requesting the opinion of my Lords &c. in this matter; I am commanded by their Lordships to acquaint you
