I have the honor to transmit to you a copy of a Letter from the Foreign Office, with a copy of a Despatch from Mr. Bonar, at Vienna, reporting that the Naval Expedition to "Eastern Asia," projected by the Austrian Government, has started from Trieste.
I have to request you to show every attention in your power to the Members of this Mission if it should visit the Colony under your Government.
