The enclosed Correspondence with the Prince of King and Memorandum which I drew subsequently for expediting Communication to my Colleagues the other Representatives of other Treaty Powers here, will show your Excellency the present state of affairs in regard to Piracy.
You will see that the Prince of King has informed me, and consequently my despatch to him on the necessity of taking force Admiral The Hon. Ser H. Keppel.
