The attention of Her Majesty's Government has been awakened to the subject of violence against foreign Merchant Vessels.
It would be a satisfaction to Her Majesty's Government to learn that the opinion which they have formed after careful deliberation upon the point adverted to in their despatch has been shared by the Imperial Government.
