Your Graces Derfalch Jo 138 of 17th August pointed out a clerical error which had escaped the
notice of the acting attorney General when draughting the Ordinance A. 8 of this
year-
The
words within this Colony "or without" in the second Section of that Ordinance were of course clearly
"ultra vires", an error now
:rectified by the omission of the
words "or without"
I thought it better to substitute the enclosed for the first Adinance, instead of introducing fresh Legislation to make the amendment,
