and Commounder in Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong, do hereby, for and on behalf of Her Majesty nominate. and appoint Wilberforce Wilson of

Hong Kong, Esquire, Surveyor General for the sind Colony, to value the compensation to the said George Duddell for the Land and Improvements
thereon to be paid to the said

George Buddell
and taking possession by Her said Majesty of the said ground so
