inclosing a letter from Commodore Jones respecting the detention of a Boat laden with kidnapped Coolies by H. M. Gun Boat "Drake", and requesting to be informed what orders & hould be i issued for the guidance of N. MY naval
M's officers you the Chincue Station in respect to the transport of Coolies between Pwa tow and Macas.

state to the Lords Commutes of the Admits that Lord Stanley is of opinion
